In addition, Al is an expert in dealing with attorneys and banks on behalf of his clients regarding financing, evaluation of buy/sell offers, litigation support and estate planning. He has assisted clients through developing, instituting and implementing various plans to buy, sell and merge their businesses.

A Certified Public Accountant and recognized leader in his field, Al’s experience enables him to perform both the technical functions of accounting as well as business-based analyses of problems and financial and tax issues. He is also actively involved in tax and business planning for both businesses and individuals. He is a registered investment advisor in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, and holds an insurance producer license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Al speaks on tax and accounting topics to many professional and civic groups. He participates actively as a member of the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the

Board of Trustees and Finance Committee of St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center. Al is a member of both the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and earned a M.S. in taxation from Seton Hall University.
